A. With regard to the public sector guidelines which take effect from 06 April 2017, the options will depend on the position your end client wishes to adopt. Initially it would be advisable to find out what action your end client is looking to take, as the options available for you will depend on their position. Generally from an IR35 perspective it can be difficult to defend doctors due to the levels of control in place, simply because of the nature of the services, however it always depends on the specific circumstances.
